How to Return an Item

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, the Aefhnmd™ support team will provide instructions for returning your item.

In most cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a damaged product, defective item, or an error on our part.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except when the return is caused by a mistake made by Aefhnmd™.
